Items are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (UK only).

Orders to Europe and the rest of the world may take longer.

Small items - (tank pads, tax disc holders, spark plugs, indicators...)

Large and/or heavy items - (paddock stands, helmets, batteries, tyre warmers...)

***If your order contains many small items (depending on size and weight), they will be packaged together in one box and the shipping will be charged as a large item. (In the UK this would be £6.95)***

Shipping within the UK

Orders over £50: FREE SHIPPING (UK Only)

If your order is less than £50 then the following charges apply:

Small items: £3.00

Large and/or heavy items: £6.95

Shipping to Ireland

Small items: £4.50

Large and/or heavy items: £19.50

Shipping to Europe and rest of the world

Europe from £6 for small items and £23 for large items (Actual postage cost will be displayed at checkout)

World from £8.50 for small items and £26 for large items (Actual postage cost will be displayed at checkout)

RETURNS

We are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please Note: When returning an item, it should be sent in the original packaging, unused and undamaged. Shipped using a recorded service with the appropriate level of insurance and proof of delivery. We are not able to complete any replacement or refund until the item is received by us in the same condition it was delivered to you in.

- Exchange item for different size

Return the item to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange it for another size. There will be a re-shipping charge and the item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition.

Simply email us at shop@doublethreemotorcycles.com stating your order number, name and reason you would like to return and item and we will guide you through the procedure.

- No longer require an item

Return the item to us within 14 days of delivery and get a refund minus the cost of shipping the item to you. There will also be a restocking fee deducted from your refund (10%). The item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition.

- Item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

In the very rare case an item is damaged or is not what you ordered we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund.

Return the item to us within 14 days of delivery and provided that the item is found by us to be the incorrect item and or faulty we will offer either a full refund or free replacement. We will also cover the cost to you of returning the item to us. The item must be returned in an unused, as-received condition.

Please remember to include a receipt for the postage costs for returning the item to us, so we can refund that too!
